A change of scenery is a great way to cleanse your mind and refocus. Taking a short trip or going for a hike is a great way to get some space to focus better.
3. Don’t Multitask
Multitasking isn’t a good idea. It’s very easy to be unproductive when you multitask. When you multitask, you are not able to focus as well. Focus on one task at at time. I recommend time blocking to help you get great results and focus on one task at a time.
4. Track What You are Spending Your Time On
Take some time to track what you are spending time on. Are you spending your time doing things that are going to get you closer to accomplishing your goals? You can use a habit tracker to better understand where you are spending your time.

Are you getting adequate sleep? You might want to track your sleep to ensure that you are getting the right amount, in order to be more productive.
7. Put Your Phone Away
Technology can be very distracting. If you are wanting to increase productivity, put your phone away while your are completing important tasks.
8. Create Deadlines
Setting deadlines helps you to be more productive. By setting a deadline for a task, you are holding yourself accountable for completing the task.
9. Workout
Take time to do a home workout or go to the gym. Getting a workout in can help you refocus.
10. Meditate
Meditation is a great way to relax and get refocused. Calming your mind for awhile can help you to be more productive.
