One: Make Your Bed
Start your day right by making your bed. Having your bed made first thing in the morning will keep your bedroom less cluttered.
Unsubscribe from any newsletters or subscriptions you’re no longer interested in.
Three: Make a To Do List
Make a list of what you want to do. Keep in simple with only 5 items or less at a time.
Four: Use Time Blocking
Time blocking is a great way to schedule in decluttering. When you schedule time to declutter you are more likely to get it done.
Five: Delete Emails
Delete any emails that are taking space in your inbox.
Six: Jot it Down
If you are feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts jot them down to help declutter your mind.
